From faith comes hope, from belief comes duty, from righteousness comes power. True words these are for Child Johann, blessed of the Silver Flame. Child Johann came to us seeking repentance for a life devoted to the arcane arts, a life in which he sought little but personal wealth. He begged forgiveness for two bastard children, for consorting with unnatural beasts for greed, for lust, for imperfection. The path of the Silver Flame is the path of atonement and fortunate we are that it is so brightly lit. How strange it is to reflect upon nonbelievers; when the path of light is clearer than the sun how is it that this path is obscured for so many?
-Archivists note: Child Johann has continued to use his title "locksmith" outside circles of the blessed. It was given to him before his rebirth by members of House Kundarak who were impressed by his ability to use arcane magic to bind and obscure material goods. He has since renounced the use of such magic, instead opening himself to the glory of the Silver Flame. Although family connections are of no relevance under the Silver Flame, for archival purposes let it be written that Child Johann gave life to two: the first a girl he called Haley, the second a monstrosity.
